Flight and hotel data sourced from third-party APIs (Amadeus, Kiwi.com) remains the property of those respective providers and is subject to their terms of use.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party site or service. Clicking an affiliate link means you are leaving RoamerIQ and entering a third-party environment governed by that provider's terms.
Your transactions with third-party booking providers are solely between you and that provider. RoamerIQ is not a party to any booking, insurance policy, or financial product you obtain through a third-party link.

If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Wyoming. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action proceeding.
